HE DIDN’T WANT A LOVESONG

The band formerly known as Just A Number 05272011, have just put out this remix of “He Didn’t Want A Lovesong” by Hyetal. It’s a great remix, cutting and icy with shrill vocals and a repeated refrain of “He didn’t want a lovesong, I tell you that for sure” that makes me feel like my heart is going to freeze over. I mean, on the face of it, it doesn’t seem offensive or striking, but as it increases, every time you hear those words it’s like a lead balloon being dropped on your head. Like an “oh yeah I get it now” moment or a hard slap to the face.
